Coaching

I work with athletes (with and without diabetes) in an online setting. The key principle is to get to know you and your needs to create a great coach-athlete relationship. I customize and adjust your training to the specifics of your life and goals. The main benefits come from my life experience and knowledge as a runner, not just the training sessions created for you.

My training methods are based on Dr. Jack Daniels, the “world’s best coach” – Runner’s World, and are adapted for ultra running (if desired) and combined with USATF knowledge. Whether you’re new to running or want to improve from your existing fitness level, I will custom the program to fit your needs.

There are 3 tiers of coaching based on the amount of contact you require and budget – see below. The aim is to give you the maximum benefit from your training sessions and to coach you through any difficulties so you can be as successful as possible.

TIER 1

– Flexible training plan based on detailed discussions.
– Monthly video/phone call and up to three weekly emails.
– Set up cost $175; initial questionnaire, discussions, creating your individual, flexible plan.
– Monthly cost $150

TIER 2

– Flexible training plan based on detailed discussions.
– Bi-weekly video/phone call and several weekly emails.
– Set up cost $175; initial questionnaire, discussions, creating your individual, flexible training plan.
– Monthly cost $200

TIER 3

– Flexible training plan based on detailed discussions.
– Unlimited contact via video/phone/email.
– Discount codes on running gear.
– Set up cost $175; initial questionnaire, discussions, creating your individual, flexible training plan.
– Monthly cost $350

Payment is month-by-month.

For longer commitments a 10% discount is applied for pre-paying for six months+.
